If you have a complaint or concern about a test center, exam content, or another aspect of the testing program, please complete the comment form at the test center or email Candidate Support (above) within one week of your test date.

When submitting a complaint, comment, or concern, please include:

• Your full name and address
• The name, date, and location of the test center

Meazure Learning Candidate Support reviews all complaints and will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Questions about scores, eligibility, or reexamination procedures may also be directed to Candidate Support.
